WE purchased this for our 3 1/2 year old daughter. She was torn between the Radio Flyer Spring Horse and the Furreal Butterscotch pony. This horse is a great combination of the best parts of each. It is soft and brushable, but she can still climb on and bounce. It sings and moves its mouth, so she can "feed" it all sorts of things. I was originally worried about durability and was quite happy to see that it easily supports my nine-year old as well. The two have even climbed on together without any worry.
Although I had been a strong Radio-Flyer customer, with their increase in production in China, I think that Tek Nek has produced a better product and am happy to have purchased it.

my 22 month old loved this toy . Climbed straight on and had hours of fun.
The saddle does come off too easily, just velcro holding it on.
My child is a climber and likes to climb on the frame, did not expect that , but it is vey sturdy.
Would recomend it to anyone. much betterthan those plastic ones.

This toy has come a long way from the hard plastic version I had as a child. We love the plush pony and the covers for the springs will save many a pinched leg. I bought this for my 2 year old, but all four of my kids love it (they are all under the 65 pound limit). Once we got past the somewhat difficult assembly, we have been thoroughly delighted with "Lucky". I would definitely recommend the Lucky spring horse to anyone with small kids (boys or girls!)

The instructions for this toy need a serious make-over!! They were difficult at best to follow but once figured out it was okay. It requires a lot of hand strenght especially for the springs but the rest is okay to put together. Once it was assembled, my little one just LOVES it. It is very stable and can handle the rough rides. She also loves to sing along with it. The saddle is cute decoration but lasted only an hour before she figured out you to take it off and ride bare-back.

Aside from burning the instructions, this toy is a keeper!!!

I loved this horse when I was a child. My children loved this horse when they were children. Now, I have purchased it for my granddaughter. It's so wonderful that these toys move from generation to generation.

We gave this to our grand daughter for Christmas. She loves horses and she loves lucky. This toy is very durable. If you have a rambunshious child you will want to watch them because they can go over the handles or fall off. But they will have a blast on Lucky

I purchased this product for my grandson's 3rd Birthday because his Mother had a similar one when she was about that age and she loved it. I was impressed with the plush body and the sturdy frame. The singing and talking voices were also lots of fun. But the greatest thing about this toy was the way my grandson's face lit up whenever I brought it into the room! He was so very excited, climbed right up onto the horse and didn't get off for over an hour! We actually had to wait to cut his birthday cake until we could convince him that "Lucky" was his forever and was not going anywhere - THEN he finally got off! It is now his very favorite toy. I would highly recommend this product just for the sheer joy of playing with a toy that any child would love.

My little girl loves it, but they offer a version that runs about $[...] cheaper that doesn't come with the saddle. Get that one! The saddle never stays on anyway! It is just fabric held on with one little piece of velcro and it always slides around. I do love the toy. The songs and phrases make it fun for my daughter and her friends. They love to watch the mouth move (the songs WILL get stuck in your head, though:)

I am a grandparent who enjoyes sending noisey toys to her grandchildren to remind my daughter and son-in-law just how noisey they were when growing up. So, let me say that this bouncing/rocking horse not only gives great joy to my granddaughter by riding it, but encourages her to giggleing fits of delight when listening to the semi-realistic sounds that it makes. My daughter and son-in-law however, complain about the sensor that sends the horse into galloping and whinnying sounds just by walking past it. Grandparent's Mission Accomplished!

My grandson loved this horse! He wouldn't get off of it for anything. He liked the fact that you could press on the horse's ears and the horse talks to him. I would recommend this product to anyone with little kids.

I just want people to know I bought this for my 2 year old son. I did not buy it on amazon for over 100 dollars because i bought it at heb for 49.50. Same exact horse, maker, everything. I couldnt believe it. So look around for a better deal before you buy it here. so no i dont think it is worth over 100 dollars. Thats crazy.

Clickety-click works whether it is being ridden or not! You might try to tip-toe through the room without waking up the child, but Lucky makes sure that doesn't happen! Don't need a watch dog. My granddaughter must be more active than some of the others with this horse - the springs are constantly coming off because she rocks it forward until she somersaults off onto the floor and backward until she rolls off backward! Got it for her 3rd birthday and think it would have been more appropriate for her 2nd. My 4 1/2 year old grandson really isn't intersted in it at all - it is just too small for him. It is much closer to the ground that I thought it would be - the feet of the horse drag on the floor. Nice and soft tho - but haven't seen the saddle lately - it just keeps coming off. Cute talking and horsey noises, but it activates all the time.
