We wanted a durable wagon for our toddler and this fits the bill. We also use it to haul yard waste, plant materials and whatnot around. So far its held up well. Cost much less than what we could get the Radio Flyer for and its the only one on the block. One of the review questions was to rate its 'educational value'. I dont know if its made her any smarter, but she does enjoy it.
2.) Terrific Wagon!

Easy to put together, I did it by myself. The best is that it is durable - real tires, not plastic. Heavy wood frame around it - my son, 8 years old, attached it to his ATV and broke the handle. That is the only plastic part. We ordered a new handle from the parts list. I know that it is not made to be pulled behind a ATV, but, maybe a metal handle with a soft grip would work better? Just a thought.

We bought this wagon to use for hauling household items between the two buildings on our property, and it is great.Very sturdy over a rocky path, and the elevated sides keep things from falling out.

This wagon was purchased for my grandson and appears to be very durable and well made. I love the wheels. This is more wagon than I expected. He will enjoy this wagon for years to come. This was an excellent choise for him. He plays rough, but I don't see how he can damage this heavy duty wagon in any way.

Excellent wagon! My son is now 11 and we have owned this wagon for three years. I know, I know, he was old when we got it, but he LOVES anything John Deere. He didn't use it to be pulled around in, but he used it to give all the neighbors children's rides and he uses it to haul tree limbs, yard waste and the best of all, FIREWOOD! He loves grabbing his Deere and filling her up with as much firewood as it can hold and bringing up to the house for us. The wagon is durable, sturdy and you'd never know its age by looking it at it. I love the rubber wheels! Makes for a smooth ride and it handles the bumps well!
You never will regret buying a Deere!

My wife and I love this wagon. It was much cheaper than other wagons like it and my son loves the John Deere theme to it.

8.) Good Wagon - bad handle

This is a good wagon. Unfortunately, in our extreme, northern climate, the plastic handle broke. I am having trouble finding a replacement part for it. I don't want (or need) a new wagon, I've had this only 3 years. If it were metal, it would hold up better.

The John Deere wagon provides lots of fun for my daughter. It has large rubber wheels and a steel body. But, the assembly involved locknuts, which stink, I went to Ace Hardware for nuts and bolts to replace what came with the wagon. The wooden slats bolt on to the sides so taking them on/off is much more involved than if the wagon had welded brackets the slats could slip in and out of. The entire wagon (other than the rubber wheels) is metal accept for the handle which is plastic. The plastic handle is probably a safety feature but gives the wagon a cheap feel. This is a wonderful thing for my children but I'm disappointed in these design aspects.
10.) Country Christmas

This wagon was a Christmas present for my son. The only disappointing fact so far is that the rails on the side do not remove once attached. My son is 10 months and enjoyed riding in it around our farm.
11.) Perfect for the country boy

My son got this for Christmas 3 years ago and he still has it. We've used it to pull through muddy yards and have even brought it to some outdoor events - better than using a stroller and much easier to use on the grass/rocks compared to a stroller. The wooden sides are now loose but they can be tightened.
12.) Just a good product, could be a better value.

The John Deere Wagon is a good product, but priced too high for the quality. The sheet metal it is made of is relatively thin gauged. It flexes a great deal when exposed to the slightest stress. The welds appear to be of high quality, but the sheet metal around the welds flexes a great deal. The wooden rails are unfinished wood. This seems unacceptable for a product that will be used outside and may be left in the weather. During assembly my greatest concern was of getting grease or soil on the unfinished wood as any stains will likely remain permanent. The list on this item is $129.00. While this vendor sold it for only $89.00, I was disappointed in the quality of an item bearing the John Deere and Ertl logos. I expect higher quality and better value from these companies.
